DESCRIPTION:  Creates the LS-120 Unformatted 720-KB/1.44-MB 
Media Fix for Windows 9x diskette, containing software support
for formatting unformatted 720-KB and 1.44-MB diskettes using 
an LS-120 drive in Deskpro computers.

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP3194.EXE.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP3194[ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44-MB diskette into a
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP3194.EXE if you wish.

5. To install, insert the diskette in drive A:, select Start, 
Run, and enter:
a:\setup
Follow on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
