DESCRIPTION:  Creates the 2-diskette set, ELSA PowerDraft 
Accelerator for Autocad R12/R13 and Gloria-L/M under Windows NT 
and Windows 95, for use in the above-mentioned models of the 
Compaq Professional Workstation 5000.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain two (2) formatted 1.44 MB diskettes.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP3174.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP3174 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a 
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskettes are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP3174.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.TXT on the diskette for instructions on installing 
and using the software.
