DESCRIPTION:  Contains files to upgrade to Compaq Netelligent 3124 
Hub firmware Version 1.21, an enhancement of version 1.20.  
Also included is the hub's MIB file for SNMP management.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and 
change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is 
SP3156.EXE.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP3156 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
750015-8.BIN 
750016-8.BIN 
MDBMIB.MIB 
MSM24_05.BIN
SP3156.DOC
README.TXT

3.  After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP3156.EXE if you wish.

4.  Refer to README.TXT for instructions on installing and using the 
software.
