DESCRIPTION:  Creates a diskette containing supplemental drivers 
for Compaq Netelligent 10T PCI UTP, 10/100 TX PCI UTP, and 
Dual 10/100 TX PCI UTP network controllers.  For the primary 
drivers for these controllers, also refer to SoftPaqs SP2954 & SP2955.

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain one (1) formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP3154.EXE.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP3154.EXE [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP3154.EXE if you wish.

5. Refer to the files \WFW31.TXT, \MSLANMAN.DOS\MSLANMAN.TXT, 
\MSLANMAN.OS2\MSLANMAN.TXT, and \OS2ODI\OS2ODI.TXT for the 
instructions on installing and using the software.
