DESCRIPTION:  Creates the diskette, "S3 Display Utility for 
Microsoft Windows 95 Using Compaq/S3 Aurora Display Drivers," for 
Compaq Armada 7700 Series notebooks.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2.  Download the Softpaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP3117.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the Softpaq file:
    SP3117 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a 
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP3117.EXE if you wish.

5.  To install:  Right click on "s3m1.inf", select INSTALL.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TURN OFF POWER TO THE SYSTEM WHILE PERFORMING 
THIS PROCEDURE!
