DESCRIPTION:  Creates an Agents Update Diskette for the CIM Agents for OS/2, 
Version 3.40.  It updates the host agent, CPQHOST.DLL, to support the latest 
Compaq servers and is required for the ProLiant 1600 server.  For details 
on enhancements to the agents and installation, refer to the README.TXT file on 
the created diskette.

HOW TO USE:             

   1.Download the Softpaq to an empty directory on your 
     hard drive and change to that directory. The file that 
     is downloaded is SP3078.EXE.

   2.From that drive and directory, execute the Softpaq
     file: 
         SP3078[ENTER]

     The following files should be created:
         QRST5.EXE
         276018US._01
         SP3078.DOC

   3. Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

   4. To create a diskette, run QRST5 and follow the 
      on-screen instructions.

   5. After the diskette is created, you may delete the 
      downloaded file SP3078.EXE and the other files created 
      on your hard drive if you wish.

   6. Refer to README.TXT on the diskette for
      installation instructions and additional information.
