DESCRIPTION:  Creates the ROMPaq Firmware Update Diskette for the Compaq 
Remote Insight Board, allowing a user to upgrade the board's ROM 
firmware image to Version 1.02. The Compaq Remote Insight Board is 
a 32-bit, EISA-based, intelligent remote management board.  It is an 
option that allows a server administrator to monitor server activity and 
perform several remote functions to maintain system integrity.

This version fixes the following issue:
When the battery is depleted on the Remote Insight Board, and the 
server is powered up, the server initializes before the Remote 
Insight Board.  The video BIOS on the Remote Insight Board is not 
found, and the board is marked as a missing EISA adapter.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file downloaded to your hard drive is 
SP3063.EXE.

2. Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

3. Execute the SoftPaq file:  SP3063 [ENTER]  
You will be prompted to insert the formatted diskette to create the 
ROMPaq diskette.

4. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded 
file SP3063.EXE if you wish.

5. The ROMPaq diskette is self-booting.  Place it in drive A:, 
power cycle the system, and follow the onscreen instructions to 
update the Compaq Remote Insight Board firmware.
