DESCRIPTION:  The Compaq Survey Utility is an online agent that 
captures critical hardware and operating system configuration 
information on Compaq servers without interrupting server operation.  
It automates a configuration history log, allowing administrators 
to identify and compare configuration changes.

Changes in Version 1.07:
- Added support for the Compaq ProLiant 6000.
- Added support for the Compaq ProLiant 850R.
- Added support for the Compaq Integrated Management Log.
- Added SCSI physical drive statistics and drive error logs at 
  Expert filter level.
- Added internal version checking to insure that the messages 
  available correspond to the executable version of Survey.  

IMPORTANT:  Always use SINSTALL to perform a complete installation of 
            NetWare Survey.  The above change prevents simply copying 
            a newer version of SURVEY.NLM over an earlier version,
            which causes an abend on a NetWare server.

The included RELEASE.TXT file lists new functionality.

 HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a temporary directory on your hard drive 
    and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is 
    SP2958.EXE.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2958 [ENTER]
    The following files should be created:
        3.5
        mssngrus.dll
        mssngrjp.dll
        readme.txt
        release.txt
        sinstall.nlm
        sp2958.doc
        survey.cnt
        survey.hlp
        survey.nlm
        survey.ref
        surveynw.pez

3.  After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
    SP2958.EXE if you wish.

4.  Refer to SP2958.DOC and README.TXT for instructions on installing
    and using the software.
