DESCRIPTION:  Contains files to upgrade to Compaq Netelligent 3612 
Hub firmware Version 1.10, an enhancement of version 1.01.  
Also included is the hub's MIB file for SNMP management.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and 
change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is 
SP2949.EXE.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP2949 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
CPQ3612.IMG
CPQN3612.MIB
SP2949.DOC
README.TXT

3.  After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2949.EXE if you wish.

4.  Refer to README.TXT for instructions on installing and using the 
software.
