To check for a Matrox Millennium adapter, select My Computer, 
Control Panel, Display, Settings, Display Type.  The name of the 
graphics controller appears in the Adapter Type field.

Windows NT 4.00.  Installing these drivers on other versions of this 
operating system will prevent the graphics subsystem from working 
reliably.

DESCRIPTION:  Creates the MS Windows NT 4.0 Display Drivers For Matrox
Millennium Controller diskette containing the latest Matrox MGA 
Millennium graphics drivers for the Windows NT 4.00 operating system 
on the affected Compaq products.

Not all graphics drivers are on this diskette.  For graphics controllers 
which do not have drivers on this diskette, use the graphics drivers 
which are shipped with Windows NT or the graphics drivers which are 
shipped by Compaq on separate diskettes.

- Fixes the problem where the computer fails to "wake up" after the 
  screen saver starts.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2934.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP2934 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a 
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2934.EXE if you wish.

5.  Select My Computer, Control Panel, Display, Settings, Display Type, 
Change, Have Disk. You will be prompted to place the installation disk into a 
diskette drive to install the driver.

6.  Insert the newly created driver diskette into Drive A and select OK.

7.  Follow the prompts to complete the installation and restart the 
computer.
