DESCRIPTION:  Creates a bootable diskette that can be used to upgrade 
the video and audio drivers in the affected Presario models (see above) 
to DirectX 3.0 standards.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2920.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP2920 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a 
diskette drive to create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2920.EXE if you wish.

5.  Insert the diskette into the A: drive and restart the computer, 
allowing it to boot from the diskette.  A batch file will apply the 
upgrade.

6.  When the update is complete, remove the diskette and restart the 
computer again.
