DESCRIPTION:  Contains files to create the Compaq SmartStart boot 
diskette for SCO UnixWare 2.1 and 2.11 on SmartStart 3.20 and

This diskette contains the updated IDE driver for 8X IDE CD-ROM 
support.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2865.EXE

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP2865 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
QRST.EXE
UWBOOT.01
README.TXT

3.  After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2865.EXE if you wish.

4.  Refer to README.TXT for instructions on creating the diskette.
