DESCRIPTION:  Use this SoftPaq to upgrade a registered copy of Compaq
Insight Manager Version 3.00 or 3.00B to Version 3.20B, which supports
Windows 95.  The SoftPaq contains a large patch file that is applied
to the install image of Version 3.00 or 3.00B.

IMPORTANT NOTES!
- Do NOT apply this SoftPaq to other versions of Compaq Insight Manager.
- If you use the OSR2 version of Windows 95, you must also download and
  apply SoftPaq 2851.  Please refer to it for further information.
- You will need about 43 MB of free space on your hard drive to perform
  this upgrade (about 17 MB for the install image of your current version
  of Compaq Insight Manager, about 18 MB for the files contained in this
  SoftPaq, and about 8 MB of work space used during the upgrade).

HOW TO USE:

1.  Create a temporary, empty work folder on your hard drive.

2.  From your Compaq Management CD Release 3.00 or 3.00B, copy the
contents of the folder \INSIGHT\WIN32\ENG to the temporary work folder
you created in step 1.

3.  Download the SoftPaq to your temporary work folder.  The file that
is downloaded is SP2815.EXE.

2.  From the work folder, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2815 [ENTER]
    The following four files should be created in that folder:
     CIM320BU.RTP         approx. 17MB
     CIM320BU.BAT
     CIM320BU.DOC
     PATCH.EXE            approx. 55K

3.  After the four files are created, you may delete the downloaded
file SP2815.EXE if you wish.

4.  Execute the file CIM320BU.BAT.  The resulting contents of your
temporary work folder is now an install image of Compaq Insight Manager
Version 3.20B.

5.  You may now delete the files CIM320BU.RTP, CIM320BU.BAT,
CIM320BU.DOC, and PATCH.EXE if you wish.

6.  As a precaution, back up your temporary work folder.

7.  Execute the updated SETUP.EXE in your temporary work folder to
install Compaq Insight Manager Version 3.20B over your previous version.
Any installed databases on your system will be upgraded.
