DESCRIPTION:  Creates the Compaq Intelligent Manageability 
Agents for Portables for Microsoft Windows 95 diskette for 
Armada 4100 Series notebooks.  
This product provides local alerting and SNMP agents for 
Compaq Portable Computers supporting Intelligent Manageability. 
Local alerting notifies the user if the system temperature has 
Been exceeded normal operating conditions or an imminent drive 
failure has been detected.  SNMP agents allow the system to be 
managed by SNMP-compliant management applications such as Compaq 
Insight Manager.

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain 1 formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2. Download the Softpaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2765.EXE.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the Softpaq file:
   SP2765 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a 
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2765.EXE if you wish.

5.  For installation, click on Start, select Run, enter A:\Setup.
