PREREQUISITE:  Requires a licensed copy of Compaq Insight Agents 
Version 3.20 for each server to be upgraded to Version 3.20B.

DESCRIPTION:  Creates a patch file to upgrade Compaq Insight Agents 
Version 3.20 to Version 3.20B. 
Corrects the following problem:
If a Windows NT 4.0 server is updated to Service Pack 2, the IDE 
Insight Agent can no longer identify IDE devices.  When the 
server is viewed from Compaq Insight Manager, the IDE devices are 
not visable.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and 
change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2753.EXE.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP2753 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
PATCH.EXE
PATCH.RTP
SP2753.DOC

3.  After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2753.EXE if you wish.

4.  Place a diskette with Insight Agents Version 3.20 in drive A: 
Refer to the Compaq Insight Agents for Microsoft Windows NT 
Users Guide for information on creating a diskette.

5.  Apply the patch to the Version 3.20 diskette by entering the 
following command: 
	PATCH A:\

6.  The program will update the diskette to Insight Agents Version 3.20B.

7.  Use this updated diskette to upgrade your existing Insight Agents.  
Refer to the Users Guide for information on upgrading the Insight 
Agents from diskette.
