DESCRIPTION:  The SmartStart Ordering System is a Windows 
Wizard-style application that automates the process of filling out 
the SmartStart Activation Key Order Forms.  The application is 
intended for use by end users and resellers.  The completed order 
forms printed by the SmartStart Ordering System can be faxed to a 
local Compaq supplier for processing.  The application is very easy 
to use and takes just a few minutes to install.

This version of the SmartStart Ordering System recognizes and supports 
sales from SmartStart releases 3.0, 3.10/3.10A, and 3.20/3.20A/3.21.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2744.EXE.

2.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file: 
SP2744[ENTER]
The following files should be created:
SETUP.EXE
README.TXT

3.  To install the SmartStart Ordering System, run SETUP.EXE 
from the download directory and follow the prompts. 

4.  After successfully installing the application, you may delete the 
file SP2744.EXE and the two files it created if you wish.
