DESCRIPTION:  Creates the three Compaq Network Interface Controller 
Drivers diskettes containing drivers and diagnostics for Compaq 
Netelligent 100 FDDI PCI Network Interface Controllers.  FDDI stands for 
Fiber Distributed Data Interface.  These new controllers are designed 
for high-performance servers and workstations.  They are available in 
both single attach station (SAS) and dual attach station (DAS) modes and 
support fiber-optic and Category 5 UTP media.

Diskette 1 - Drivers for Novell
Diskette 2 - Drivers for IBM and Microsoft
Diskette 3 - Diagnostics and SNMP Agent

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain three (3) formatted 1.44 MB diskette(s).

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2691.EXE.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2691.EXE [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskettes into a 
diskette drive to create the diskettes.

4. After the diskettes are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2691.EXE if you wish.

5. Refer to README.TXT on each diskette for instructions on installing and using the software.
