DESCRIPTION:  Creates two Compaq Network Interface Controller Drivers 
diskettes, containing the Drivers and Diagnostics for the Netelligent 
10 T ISA UTP and 10 T/2 ISA UTP/COAX Network Interface Controllers.  
These controllers are high-performance, bus-mastering controllers 
optimized for client systems. 

The Configuration/Diagnostics program, used to test and configure these 
controllers, is on the second diskette.

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain two (2) formatted 1.44 MB diskettes.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2670.EXE.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2670.EXE [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskettes into a 
diskette drive to create the diskettes.

4. After the diskettes are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2670.EXE if you wish.

5. Refer to README.TXT on the diskette for instructions on installing 
and using the software.
