DESCRIPTION:  Creates two Compaq Network Interface Controller Drivers 
diskettes, containing the Drivers and Diagnostics for the Netelligent 
Dual 10/100 TX PCI UTP Network Interface Controller.  This controller is 
a dual-port 10/100Base-TX controller tuned specifically for P6 Pentium 
computers.  It provides two high-speed network connections on a single 
board that requires only one PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect ) 
slot.

The Configuration/Diagnostics program, used to test and configure 
this controller, is on the second diskette.

HOW TO USE:

1. Obtain two (2) formatted 1.44 MB diskettes.

2. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2669.EXE.

3. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2669.EXE [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskettes into a 
diskette drive to create the diskettes.

4. After the diskettes are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2669.EXE. if you wish.

5.  Refer to the README on these diskettes for operating system support 
6.  and driver installation specifics.
