DESCRIPTION:  Creates the ROMPaq Firmware Update Diskette for the Compaq 
Remote Insight Board, allowing a user to upgrade the board's ROM 
firmware image to Version 1.01 Rev A. The Compaq Remote Insight Board is 
a 32-bit, EISA-based, intelligent remote management board.  It is an 
option that allows a server administrator to monitor server activity and 
perform several remote functions to maintain system integrity.

Enhancements/Fixes:
- Supports modem sharing devices.
- Fixes TAP paging failure using Motorola UDS V.3400 as external modem 
  to the Remote Insight Boad.
- Allows the <ESC> out of the "Password" field in the "User Information" 
  menu back into the "Modify User Information" menu.
- Modifies the "Generate Individual Alert" field to reflect which user 
  is to receive the alert.
- Requires a TAP pager ID for users to select TAP pager types.
- "Battery Needs Replacement" alert no longer causes continuous SNMP 
  traps and pager alerts.
- Fixes the occasional duplication of the "Server reset" entry in the 
  Event Log.
- Adds a "Keyboard Disconnected" indicator in the remote console 
  session.
- Supports the RAS Callback Time parameter.
- Fixes the appearance of a "User Logout" event without a "User Login" 
  event in the Event Log.
- Prohibits the Remote Insight Board from attempting to deliver alerts 
  when a user purposely initiates a "Server Reset" [i.e. from the 
  console application].

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.  The file downloaded to your hard drive is SP2575.EXE.

2. Obtain a (1) formatted 1.44MB diskette and place it in your diskette drive.

3. Execute the SoftPaq file:  SP2575 [ENTER]  
You will be prompted to insert the formatted diskette to create the ROMPaq diskette.

4. After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file SP2575.EXE if you wish.

5. The ROMPaq diskette is self-booting.  Place it in drive A:, power cycle the system, and follow the onscreen instructions to update the Compaq Remote Insight Board firmware.
