DESCRIPTION:  This softpaq creates the Compaq Support Software for
Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 and 4.0 diskette.  Included in this softpaq
is the following support developed by Compaq for the various subsystems
within Compaq products.  These include:

   NetFlex/NetFlex-2/NetFlex-3 network adapter family
   NetFlex-3 network adapter monitoring, configuration and duplex utility
   Compaq 10T PCI UTP and 10/100 TX PCI UTP
   IDA/IDA-2 disk controller
   SMART/SMART-2 array controller
   32-Bit SCSI-2 Family of controllers
   ProLiant Storage System
   System Management/Health driver
   UPS support
   Compaq HAL Support (ISA, Uniprocessor, and Multiprocessor)
   Compaq Recovery Server, Standby Agent with SMART-2 support
   Compaq Recovery Server, Online Agent with SMART-2 support
   Compaq Remote Insight Board driver
   Compaq Support Software diskette Installation utility

   The diskettes also contain Windows NT drivers for the following
   subsystems:

   Matrox Millennium video controller
   ELSA Gloria-L video controller
   ESS AudioDrive audio controller

The following diskettes will be created once the softpaq is unbundled:

        Disk 3 - Matrox MGA Millennium Video Drivers and ESS 1868 Audio

        Disk 4 - ELSA Gloria-L Video Drivers for Microsoft Windows NT
                 3.51 and 4.0.
HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain four formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
    to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2465.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2465 [ENTER]
    The following files will be created:
    QRST5.EXE
    183099US._01
    183099US._02
    183099US._03
    183099US._04
    183099US.DOC

4.  Please read 183099US.DOC for instructions on using QRST5 to create
    the diskette and for the steps to install the software.

5.  After the disks are created, you may delete the downloaded file
    SP2465.EXE and the other files it created from your hard drive if you
    wish.
