DESCRIPTION:  Creates the Systems ROMPaq Firmware Upgrade Diskette 
for Compaq SystemPro/XL and Compaq ProSignia Servers.  This release 
provides an updated system ROM image for ProSignia 200 and 
ProSignia 300/500 servers.  For SystemPro/XL servers, this release 
provides a System ROM image that remains the same as on the 
superseded SoftPaq.

- Adds S.M.A.R.T. drive failure prediction support

Fixes
-----
ROM P01 - ProSignia 200 (02/24/97):
- Changes Secondary Disk Controller error from 1792 to 1782
- Skips multi-bit error check if ECC is disabled in order
  to avoid reporting erroneous memory errors
- Frees IRQ 15 if secondary IDE is disabled, so that
  it can be used by the system.

HOW TO USE:

1.   Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.   Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive
     and change to that directory. The file that is downloaded is
     SP2406.EXE.

3.   From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq
     file: SP2406 [ENTER]
     You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette 
     into a diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.   After the diskette is created, you may delete the
     downloaded file SP2406.EXE if you wish.

5.   Refer to the README file on the diskette for specific
     upgrade instructions and additional help.
