Windows NT 4.00.  Installing these drivers on other versions of this
operating system will prevent the graphics subsystem from working
reliably.

DESCRIPTION:  Creates the MS Windows NT 4.0 Display Drivers For Matrox
Millennium Controller diskette containing the latest Matrox MGA
Millennium graphics drivers for the Windows NT 4.00 operating system
on the affected Compaq products.

Not all graphics drivers are on this diskette.  For graphics controllers
which do not have drivers on this diskette, use the graphics drivers
which are shipped with Windows NT or the graphics drivers which are
shipped by Compaq on separate diskettes.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2396.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP2396 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP2396.EXE if you wish.

5.  To install this driver, select Start/Run, and type A:\SETUP

6.  Follow the prompts to complete the installation and restart the
computer.

7.  For additional information on this driver, please view the README.NT
file contained on the diskette.
