DESCRIPTION:  Creates a diskette to resolve the following issue on a 
Windows NT server running a language other than English, French, 
Italian, German, or Spanish (or one of their sub-languages).  When 
using the Compaq Integration Maintenance Utility (CIMU) Version 3.00 to 
install software updates to such a server from an Integration Server or 
a SmartStart-enabled CD, an error results that activates Dr. Watson 
watchdog application software.  Because CIMU does not support the 
language running on the server, it attempts to default to English but 
encounters the error.  The diskette created by this SoftPaq upgrades 
CIMU to Version 3.11, which is able to correctly default to English when 
it encounters a non-supported language.
NOTE:  This also occurs on other vendors' computers.  It is not a 
Compaq-specific problem.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2381.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP2381 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a 
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2381.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.TXT on the diskette for instructions on installing 
and using the software.
