DESCRIPTION:  Creates the Compaq Support Software for Microsoft 
Windows NT 3.51 and 4.0 diskette. 

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain two formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change 
    to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2374.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2374 [ENTER]
    The following files will be created:
    QRST5.EXE
    275387US._01
    275387US._02
    275387US.DOC

4.  Please read 275387US.DOC for instructions on using QRST5 to create 
    the diskette and for the steps to install the software.

5.  After the disks are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
    SP2374.EXE and the other files it created from your hard drive if 
    you wish.
