HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain one formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2357.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2357 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place a formatted 1.44 MB diskette into the
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP2357.EXE if you wish.

5.  At this point, the User Guide diskette has been created and
is ready to use for installing.

6.  Insert the diskette into drive A.

7.  From the File/Run menu, type "A:\SETUP" and press <Enter>.

8.  Follow the prompts to complete installation.
