HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain one formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2356.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2356 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place a formatted 1.44 MB diskette into the
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP2356.EXE if you wish.

5.  At this point, the User Guide diskette has been created and
is ready to install.

6.  Insert the diskette into drive A.

7.  Select Start, Run, then type "A:\SETUP" and press <Enter>.

8.  Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
