DESCRIPTION:  Creates the diskette for the ESS 688/1688/1788 Audio 
Driver for Windows NT 4.0.  This version 2.00.04 provides 16-bit audio 
support in Windows NT 4.0 for the ESS 688, 1688, and 1788 audio 
controllers on the LTE 5000 Series and Armada 4100 Series.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain one formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2354.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2354 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the disk is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP2354.EXE if you wish.

5.  The README.TXT file contained on the diskette includes detailed
installation instructions.
