DESCRIPTION:  This creates the ROMPaq Firmware Upgrade Diskette for the
Compaq Armada, which upgrades the System ROM on Armada/1100,1120,1125,1120T
units with a 586K Family ROM to the 07 Aug 1996 version.  The ROM Family
and ROM date can be determined by running F10 Setup.
Updates/Fixes:
- Corrects issues with standby
- Corrects issues with erratic trackball issues with Windows 95

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2350.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2350 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP2350.EXE if you wish.

5.  Keeping the newly created diskette in the A: drive, cycle system
power to boot from the ROMPaq diskette.

6.  Follow the on-screen instructions to select the 08/07/96 Compaq
System ROM and flash the firmware.

IMPORTANT: Do not turn off power to the system while performing this procedure.
