DESCRIPTION:  Creates the Compaq Portable Telephony Modem Support Disk, 
Version 2.13 Rev C.  This diskette contains the Telephony Service 
Provider (TSP) utility required to enable telephony services on the 
Compaq notebooks mentioned above that are capable of telephony.  Users 
who received JustConnect software on a CD already have this utility 
(Version 2.13 Rev B is equivalent to Version 2.13 Rev C for U.S. users).  
Users who received JustConnect software on diskettes may need to 
download this SoftPaq.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44-MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2344.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2344 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a 
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2344.EXE if you wish.

5.  Power down the computer.

6.  Place the newly created Compaq Portable Telephony Modem Support 
Disk in Drive A: and execute the SETUP.EXE command located on the 
diskette.
