DESCRIPTION:  Creates a diskette containing drivers for Token Ring 
support on Compaq ProLinea Net1and LTE Elite systems
using the Compaq NetFlex-2 TR/ISAController.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB Floppy diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2340.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP2340 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a
diskette drive to create the Compaq Integrated NetFlex-2 TR/ISA Driver
diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP2340.EXE if you wish.

5.  Execute the README program on the diskette for specific installation
instructions and additional help.
