NOTE:  This update ONLY applies to the United Kingdom version of the
Compaq Phone Center.  DO NOT apply this update to any other
country/version of the Compaq Phone Center.

DESCRIPTION:  The updated UK Phone Center Driver Diskette corrects the
issue where the United Kingdom version of the affected Presario models
fail to answer the phone for an incoming voice or fax call when the
computer is in Sleep mode.  Use this diskette to update the UK version
of the Compaq Phone Center software preinstalled on the hard drive.  It
modifies the TRIVXD.VXD driver.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain one formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2339.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2339 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place a formatted 1.44 MB diskette into the
diskette drive to create the diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP2339.EXE if you wish.

5.  At this point, the diskette has been created and is ready to use for
upgrading on the affected UK version Presario units.

6.  Power down the computer.

7.  Insert the newly created update diskette into drive A and power up
the computer.

8.  Follow the prompts to complete the installation and restart the
computer.
