                Updated to add fix for NC7770 PCI-X Gigabit Server 
		Adapter.  Revision 2 and earlier cards are stepped down 
		to 66 MHz PCI-X in slots 3-6.  Revision 3 and later are 
		left to run at 100 MHz PCI-X in slots 3-6.



HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP22652.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP22652 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP22652.EXE if you wish.
