DESCRIPTION: This software contains the following software programs
and utility for use with with a LTE 5150, LTE 5250, LTE 5280, LTE 5300
running Windows 95.  This softpaq contains 5 diskettes with the following
utilities:

- .INF FILES FOR INSTALLATION
-  COMPAQ INFORMATION CENTER
-  PCMCIA REAL MODE DRIVERS; MOUSE DRIVER
-  CIRRUS DRIVERS
-  WINDOWS 95 DRIVERS

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain five (5) formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2265.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP2265 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskettes into a
diskette drive to create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP2265.EXE if you wish.

5.  Refer to README.DOC on the diskette for instructions on installing
and using the software.
