TITLE: System BIOS/ROM for Evo D310 Microdesktop

DESCRIPTION:
This SoftPaq creates a firmware diskette that can be used to locally 
restore or upgrade the System ROM in the Evo Models listed below.  

To check the BIOS version currently installed: at the start of boot, 
when the HP logo is displayed, press F8 to enter Configuration & Diagnostics, then press F2 to enter BIOS Setup. The BIOS version number is displayed in the main menu.

NOTE: This is the same driver that was released in SoftPaq SP21660. It just corrects a
      non-critical error in the SoftPaq extraction process that caused a blank screen to
      be displayed instead of the usual prompt to continue the process.

HOW TO USE

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number listed on at the top of this document.

2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions.

3. For installation instruction, please see the WHATSNEW.DOC file in the location where the filew were extracted.

4. After the installation is completed, you may delete the downloaded file and the directory created in step 2 if you wish.
