The Intel(R) Chipset Software Installation utility must be installed onto the target system and the system must be rebooted prior to the installation of any other drivers.
NOTE:  The system MUST be rebooted for all device updates to take effect.  The chipset enumeration must be completed before any other components are loaded.
The command line string of: "setup.exe -b -s" should be used to install the component.  This will install the component silently and force a reboot when it has completed its installation.

HOW TO USE: 

1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file that is
    downloaded is an executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2.  Run the downloaded SoftPaq file via Windows Explorer.

3.  Restart the notebook when the installation has been completed.
