 - Adds support for the iPAQ H3900 Series.

FIXES:
 - Fixes serial port ActiveSync connection when keyboard driver is active.
 - Fixes keyboard operation within the Terminal Server window.
 - Fixes issue where Backspace was key typing an "h" in ICA client terminal window.
 - Adds Foldable and Micro keyboard driver compatibility for iPAQ H3800.
 
 NOTES: Known issues that will be fixed on the next release are:
        - Del key under Notes application does not work.
        - Foldable and Micro keyboard driver compatibility for iPAQ H3900.
      
PREREQUISITES: Microsoft Pocket PC 2002

HOW TO USE:

       1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive.
          The file downloaded is a self-extracting executable with 
          a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.  

       2. Establish an Activesync connection between your iPAQ Pocket 
          PC and host PC.

       3. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions. 
          
       4. Perform a normal reset on the iPAQ Pocket PC.
