DESCRIPTION:  Updated SmartStart 3.0 Integration Maintenance Utility 
used for installing or upgrading Compaq-provided software products onto 
a Novell NetWare server.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2143.EXE.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
    SP2143 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
    CPQMAINT.NLM
    INSTALL.RDM
    README.COM
    
3. After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2143.EXE if you wish.

4. Run README.COM for instructions on installing CPQMAINT.NLM.
