DESCRIPTION:   This release provides updated system ROM images
               for the latest maintenance releases of Compaq
               StorageWorks Nas Executor E7000 Servers.

        Nas Executor E7000 ROM S08 (04/09/2002)

                Added logging of proper code for front-side bus data errors.

		Added delay loop to allow enough time for the power to 
		completely decay in order to prevent erroneous NMI messages 
		from being logged to the Eventlog.


Problems Fixed -


        Nas Executor E7000 ROM S08 (04/09/2002)
        ============================================

                Updated to fix a problem using the invalidate NVRAM switch 
		sometimes causes no video.



HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to that directory.
The file that is downloaded is SP21427.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP21427 [ENTER]
You will be prompted to place the formatted 1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to
create diskette.

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file
SP21427.EXE if you wish.
