DESCRIPTION:  This creates a diskette containing a modem script file for 
CC:Mail Mobile 2.10 and Lotus Notes 3.30 for the Compaq 288 Data Fax 
Modem (Series 571).  This modem is a PCMCIA Type II PC Card designed for 
use in Europe.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2140.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file by entering 
SP2140 from a DOS prompt, or double clicking on the SP2140 icon in the 
folder for that directory.  You will be prompted to place the formatted 
1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to create the script file 
diskette.  The diskette will contain the following files:
CCCPQ288.MDM
README.TXT

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2140.EXE if you wish.

5.  To use the script file, refer to README.TXT on the diskette.
