DESCRIPTION:  Creates a diskette containing the modem script file for 
Microsoft Mail 3.5 for the Compaq 288 Data Fax Modem (Series 571) and 
Compaq 144 Data Fax Modem (Series 570).  These modems are PCMCIA Type II 
PC Cards designed for use in Europe.

HOW TO USE:

1.  Obtain a formatted 1.44 MB diskette.

2.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2138.EXE.

3.  From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file by entering 
SP2138 from a DOS prompt, or double clicking on the SP2138 icon in the 
folder for that directory.  You will be prompted to place the formatted 
1.44 MB diskette into a diskette drive to create the script file diskette.  The diskette will contain the following files:
CPQ2814E.SCR
CPQ2814E.MDM (text version of CPQ2814E.SCR)
README.TXT

4.  After the diskette is created, you may delete the downloaded file SP2138.EXE if you wish.

5.  To use the script file, refer to README.TXT on the diskette.
