HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a folder on your hard drive and change
   to that folder. The file that is downloaded is an executable
   with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file and
   follow the on-screen instructions to expand the SoftPaq to a 
   pre-determined folder.

3. The Windows PPC driver installation will start automatically.             

4. After expansion and installation you may delete the SoftPaq file and
   expanded files downloaded in step 1 above.

5. For more information on the installation of the Compaq WL 110 PC card under 
   Microsoft Windows CE 3.00, please read the instructions in Section 4 of the README.TXT 
   file contained in the folder to which you expanded the SoftPaq files in 
   step 2 above, or consult the User's Guide that came with your hardware.
