DESCRIPTION:  Resolves the inherent time loss or gain issues associated 
with the DOS system time.  The increased accuracy is required for some 
mission critical applications.   CPQUARTZ.COM updates the DOS system 
time via the real time clock approximately 8280 times every 24 hours.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive, for example 
C:\UTIL, and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is 
SP2130.EXE.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP2130 [ENTER]
Th following files should be created:
CPQUARTZ.COM
CPQUARTZ.DOC 

3. After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP2130.EXE if you wish.

4. Edit the AUTOEXEC.BAT file and add the CPQUARTZ command.  Be sure the 
directory where the CPQUARTZ.COM program resides is in the path.

5. Reboot the computer.
