This SoftPaq creates a Japanese set of files to install a utility on the Evo Workstation
models listed below for upgrading the Japanese Windows NT kernel and HAL files from 
uniprocessor to multiprocessor support.

IMPORTANT:
 - You must have the Second Processor installed before installing this software.
 - You will need to have available the Location of the current loaded Service Pack.
 - This is only intended for use on a Dual Processor Workstation running 
   Japanese Microsoft Windows NT 4.0.
