HOW TO USE: 
1.  Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. The file that is
downloaded is an executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.
2.  Run the downloaded SoftPaq file via Windows Explorer and follow any
on-sceen instructions provided.
3.  Restart the computer when the installation has been completed.
4.  The Softpaq exectutable downloaded in Step 1 can now be deleted from your
hard drive.
