DESCRIPTION:  Creates a self-extracting executable file that generates 
the System Healthcheck for Windows NT program files.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change to 
that directory.  The file that is downloaded is SP2073.EXE

2. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP2073.EXE [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
SHCWNTV1.EXE
SP2073.DOC (text file)

3. From that drive and directory, execute the program file:
SHCWNTV1.EXE [ENTER]

4. Follow the instructions in the resulting README.TXT to execute the 
System Healthcheck Collector for Windows NT.
