Re-branding in Progress!!

Toward the effort of completing the Compaq/HP merger, we are beginning
the process of re-branding ProLiant servers as well as the products
used to manage ProLiant servers.  The Compaq Management Agents will be
re-branded as the HP Insight Management Agents and Compaq Insight
Manager 7 will be re-branded to Insight Manager 7. The newly renamed
software will be referenced in pertinent documentation beginning with
the release of SmartStart v6.00.

As part of the re-branding process, you may notice some inconsistency
between product user interfaces and documentation.  For example, some
screen captures, legacy applications, or, documents may still reference
old product names or include pre-merger Compaq logos and icons. In all
cases, the name "Compaq Management Agents" is equivalent to "HP Insight
Management Agents" and "Compaq Insight Manager 7" is equivalent to
"Insight Manager 7".

Note:  EFS 7.52 contains the hp ProLiant Advanced System Management Driver
       "cpqasm" which only supports servers with Advanced System Management 
       capabilities (ASM).  EFS 7.52 does not contain the legacy System 
       Management Driver "cpqw".  System Management Driver support "cpqw"
       for legacy servers can be obtained from EFS 7.48.  It is important to 
       note that ProLiant servers can not load both drivers simultaneously.  
       Installing EFS 7.52 on a pre-ASM server will complete successfully without
       loading the hp ProLiant Advanced System Management Driver.  Without System
       Management Driver support the Insight Management Agents will not provide
       full functionality.  For pre-ASM servers it is highly recommended that
       users retain "cpqw" support released in EFS 7.48.  For more information 
       on the System Management Driver Update please refer to the EFS man pages.

DESCRIPTION:   Creates a diskette containing HP NIC 
Agents - SCO UnixWare 7 and Caldera Open UNIX 8, Version 6.00a.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and
   change to that directory. The file that is downloaded is
   SP19854.exe.

2. From that drive and directory execute the downloaded file and
   follow the on-screen instructions.
   The following files will be created:
	SP19854._01
	README.TXT
	QRST5.exe
   

3. Refer to README.TXT for instructions on using QRST5 to create
   the diskettes and steps to install the software.

4. After the installation is complete, you may delete the downloaded
   file SP19854.exe and the files unpacked in step 2 from your hard
   drive.
