DESCRIPTION:  
 This SoftPaq unpacks the files needed to install the ADPT160M.HAM
 v17.12m driver. The following files are included:
   - ADPT160M.HAM
   - ADPT160M.DDI
   - CPQSHD.CDM
   - CPQSHD.DDI
   - NWPA.NLM (v3.12 for NW 6.0)
   - NWPA.NLM (v3.09 for NW 5.1)
   - MM.NLM (v2.03 for NW 5.1)
   - README.TXT

Enhancements/Fixes:
 The ADPT160M.HAM v17.12m driver has been updated to prevent the
 following problem from occurring:

 As NetWare 5.1 or NetWare 6 initializes on a ProLiant server that
 is configured with any of the following SCSI adapters, the server
 may hang with the error: 

 INFORMATIONAL: Host adapter hardware error {414020A2}

 Integrated Dual Channel Wide Ultra3 SCSI Adapter 
 64-Bit/66-MHz Single Channel Wide Ultra3 SCSI Adapter 
 64-Bit/66-MHz Dual Channel Wide Ultra3 SCSI Adapter 

 Note: This error message does not indicate a hardware problem.

HOW TO USE:
 1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive. 
    The SoftPaq file that is downloaded is a self-extracting 
    executable with a file name based on the SoftPaq Number above. 

 2. Execute the downloaded file and follow the on-screen 
    instructions. Press the Space Bar to confirm the unpacking
    of files into the download directory. 

 3. After the files have been unpacked, you may delete the 
    self-extracting SoftPaq file downloaded in step 1. 

 4. For installation instructions, refer to README.TXT in 
    the created directory.
