DESCRIPTION:  Unpacks the files needed to upgrade Compaq Insight Manager XE
              Version 2.X to Compaq Insight Manager 7.

Enhancements/Fixes:

   - Fixed problems installing Compaq Insight Manager 7 when upgrading from
     Compaq Insight Manager XE with a large database.
   - This version fixes a problem that with the former "Compaq Insight Manager
     7 upgrade patch" (SP19747.exe).  It now works with remote databases also.
                                                    

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive and change
   to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is a self-extracting
   executable with a filename based on the SoftPaq Number above.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the downloaded file
   and follow the on-screen instructions to unpack the files.

3. After the files have been created, you may delete the
   self-extracting file downloaded in step 1.

4. To install the patch, run XEupgrade.exe.  

5. After a successful installation, you may delete the files unpacked
   in step 2 if you wish.
