SYSTEM CONFIGURATION:  Banyan network print server and workstation

DESCRIPTION:  This fixes the slow Banyan printing problem when Compaq 
computers are configured as both a Banyan print server and workstation.
Use PCPRNFIX.COM only when the Banyan print utility PCPRINT.COM is 
resident in memory. This fix does not work with Windows. PCPRNFIX.COM
allows the user to customize the data stream of characters sent to the
printer with respect to network traffic.

HOW TO USE:

1. Download the SoftPaq to a directory on your hard drive, for example 
C:\UTIL, and change to that directory.  The file that is downloaded is 
SP1981.EXE.

2. From that drive and directory, execute the SoftPaq file:
SP1981 [ENTER]
The following files should be created:
PCPRNFIX.COM
PCPRNFIX.DOC 

3. After the files are created, you may delete the downloaded file 
SP1981.EXE if you wish.

4. Refer to PCPRNFIX.DOC for installation instructions.
